Vero’s commitment to brokers recognised in NIBA Large General Insurer of the Year 2024 win
Vero is proud to be awarded Large General Insurer of the Year 2024 by the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). This recognition for the second year running underscores our team’s commitment to building strong broker partnerships, based on trust and broker experience.
Angela Carter, Director of Consumer Insights at NielsenIQ, remarked, "Vero demonstrated significant improvement in their perception of being a trusted partner for insurance brokers as a large general insurer. The Broker Market Survey – which determines insurer’s NIBA award success – serves as a barometer of the insurance industry, capturing broker expectations, brand perceptions and broker customer experience.

Vero continues to enhance our offering with Vero's Specialty Lines new products, designed to help address the specific needs of brokers' clients, offering bespoke solutions that aim to go beyond traditional insurance offerings. This includes enhanced equipment breakdown cover, with plans to roll out additional products in the new year, including higher hazard property and liability coverage.
