Vero wins Mansfield Award for Claims Excellence
Vero has won gold for overall claims excellence at the prestigious 2020 Mansfield Awards.
The Mansfield Awards recognise claims excellence in the Australian insurance industry, shining a light on the vital role claims professionals play.
In what has been a tough 12 months for the industry, winning the Gold Mansfield Award shows our claims teams brought the best they possibly could to their work despite the challenges, showing up for our broker partners and customers when it truly mattered the most.
Luke Whenman, Executive Manager Commercial Property and Specialty Claims, accepted the Gold Mansfield on behalf of the team during a virtual award ceremony.
“Two years ago, we set out to execute a strategy around delivering best to market claims service, and for us this award is great feedback on the progress we have made towards that vision.
“Winning this award is a big achievement, and I’m so proud of our claims team and the work they do for customers when things are tough - particularly in extraordinary times like this,” Luke said.
