Celebrating the important role brokers play in the insurance industry and their communities, the award honours the achievement and contribution of our industry’s young brokers at both state and national levels.

All-State winners receive:
- A four-week professional development series of thought-provoking sessions to accelerate their careers and challenge them on how they see and present themselves.
- An opportunity to work together and support a local community or charity project affected by a major weather event with a grant of $25,000, courtesy of Vero.
- Access to the Vero Young Brokers Alumni Program, bringing together the next generation of broking leaders with previous award winners and key influencers within the industry for ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.
The Warren Tickle Memorial Award winner also receives:
- Up to $10,000 to put towards a tailored learning program to further invest in their personal growth and professional success.
