It was pleasing to see positive results on BDM support, our Claims process and Online Platforms, all of which contributed to positive sentiment during December.
We continue to strive to improve and provide clarity for you on our Risk Appetite, along with further enhancements on our VeroEdge platform, and a focus on consistency in our underwriting guidelines.
Through your feedback, you may have seen newly created material that our teams have discussed in market, specifically regarding our Risk Appetite. We have also started to regularly share our SME Packages, occupation successes and changes to pricing to make us even more competitive.
