The Insurance Business Awards is an annual event that recognises and celebrates insurers, brokers, brokerages, underwriting agencies and Business Development Managers, for their positive contribution to the industry.
The Insurer of the Year category recognises achievements in service levels, turnaround times for claims and new business, product ranges, service innovations, and demonstration of a positive impact on the wider community. Vero was shortlisted in this category alongside two other insurers, and was announced as the category winner during a ceremony in Sydney on Friday 3rd May 2024.
