VeroEdge is changing the way as a straight-through quote and bind solution for brokers
In August this year, we released our largest technology investment ever…with an updated VeroEdge platform revolutionising the quoting experience making it quicker and easier for you to do business with Vero.
This first major upgrade, signalled the start of a phased delivery, to be followed by renewals placed on VeroEdge and progressively rolled out for full lifecycle on other supported broker platforms.
Many of you are already transacting on the upgraded VeroEdge platform, and the feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly positive, with many thanks to the countless number of brokers who offered their input and feedback into the design and development before we went live.
It is encouraging to see many brokers experiencing the benefits we’ve delivered:
- A reduction in the time it takes to get a quote and the volume of referrals, as well as faster turnaround times. Fast Fun Fact: In just over our first month alone, we have seen a reduction of 80% on average with the number of referrals sent through leading to a 25% improvement in referral turnaround times across all platforms and remaining transactions. With such positive and strong early results, we eagerly await the full transformational experience that lies ahead.
- Systemised Yes/No answers on all quotes and increased strike rates on occupations we want to write. Fast Fun Fact: for low to medium hazard risk business, we will accept and offer a quote based on sum insured thresholds upwards of 96% in our chosen target markets.
- Greater accuracy with expanded occupation-based risk selection so that you can deliver a more tailored insurance package that reflects your client’s actual business or trade with confidence. Fast Fun Fact: we have moved from 1500 selectable ANZISICs to over 3,200
